Hi, I'm Lindsay, a health and wellness journalist-turned-food blogger and holistic health practitioner. I created Healthy Little Changes to share my passion for healthy eating and to help families get control of their nutrition and take charge in the kitchen, one little change at a time.

As a proud wife and mother of three young children, I discovered the power of food to change your life when, in 2014, I turned to nutrition to heal my body after giving birth to identical twin daughters. I switched to  a whole foods, plant-based diet and was completely transformed, almost immediately.

​

After earning certifications as a Plant-Based Chef from Rouxbe Culinary School, an Assertiveness Coach from Hay House University, and Emotion Code Practitioner from Dr. Bradley Nelson, I've made it my mission to help others find the health and healing I did.
